Testimonials
What our clients have to say.
My daughter Anahita seven years old attended a wonderful workshop organized by Anshu Daga. It is amazing how Anshu was able to involve young children to understand themselves, their body, emotions and learn mindfulness. Anahita was very enthusiastic and the true testimonial was how every morning she was keen to go and was full of stories after her return. I observed a change in my child as she seemed more sensitive to the world around her. I really admire and appreciate Anshu's dedication to bring out a new way of looking at the world in every child who attended her workshop.
The activities resurrected me. It made me think about those crucial things of life. It made me understand things more clearly. It also helped me to know what my strengths and weaknesses are. It made me more courageous on things to focus. Very engaging and interesting session. At the end of the 2 days we were filled with positivity. We all walked out with a positive mind, positive vibe and positive life.
Anshu’s session was well crafted, and managed to draw the entire team wholeheartedly into participation – Something which is rather tough given that marketing and creative guys tend to be rather questioning and cynical, but you did manage it perfectly. The team was completely charged up and motivated post the session. You did manage to build in an element of trust and dependency into the team, as well as ensure a spirit of camaraderie which tends to go a bit awry given the pressures of operational functioning. Finally, let me also add that I am sure that the learnings which we carry from your one session would be quite instrumental in keeping us motivated and focused on playing as a team in the days to come.
I first went to Saroj Modi as 6 year old who was diagnosed with a lazy eye syndrome and a very high power in my left eye. I recall those sessions of doing various eye exercises and many eye muscle exercises which not only helped me in correcting my number to a great extent but also was my initiation into treating oneself through holistic/natural ways with less dependency on medicine. I have now known her for most of my life and she continue to be my go-to for any problems like a knee patella issue which kept me from dancing for a while. A shoulder injury which most physiotherapists could not solve after many sessions. Her ability to get to the root of the problem instead of treating the symptom is what makes her truly admirable. I have called her many a times on SOS when I have lost my voice and am ready to film an important scene or go on stage to host and her advice has always held me in good stead and saved potential disaster days at work. Thank you so much for your invaluable advice at crucial times and making me believe in life beyond medicines.
Saroj Modi is the magic wand who puts all wrongs right . The best part is she is extremely approachable and is available whenever I need her. Be it a physical , mental or any other issue bothering me , she is just a call away . It's been 25 long years that I have known her and in every emergency she has pulled me out.
