Get rid of stress and anxiety
We have two types of emotions, the softer emotions and harder emotions. Harder emotions can be called negative emotions and softer emotions can be called positive emotions. Love, kindness, affections etc. are softer or positive emotions. Hatred, jealousy, anger, fear, strong likes and dislikes are negative emotions. Softer emotions give us expansion whereas harder emotions give us contraction. Swami Vivekananda said- expansion is life, contraction is death.
Whenever we suffer with these negative feelings we have raised Cortisol levels in our body which has acidifying affect in the body and because of this the whole system undergoes negative changes and we start suffering with various ailments.
When the reason for our bad health is our state of emotions we cannot cure it with medicines. So as per medical system once you have HBP you will always have to take medicines, similarly with diabetes, keep taking medicine there is no cure.
The problem with these medicines is that they cause further harm and become addictive and have lot of side effects.
