e-Merge, a program for corporate communities, empowers individuals using the language of theatre – words, movement, gestures, dance, mindfulness – to tell their stories, open up new channels of communication, help them become more connected within themselves and thus more alive, creative and capable of bringing about meaningful change. This theatre based employee training program, effectively addresses typical challenges in work-life, like teamwork and collaboration, handling change, dealing with emotions, open communication, motivation and initiative. e-Merge based on the premise that awareness, imagination and consciousness is key to individual development and lasting organizational change.
